Kismet[2003] captivates and lulls into pleasure with its dreamy visual image (expressive black and white images, filmed on a 8mm reel, running and overlaying; in the rustle of often indefinite forms, there are distinctive motifs of female body and face).

The starting point of this film was a dream about a creature half human, half fish. Then there was a news-fact in 2005, a small girl in Peru born with a sickness called sirenomelia. She was born with 2 legs forming a tail, like a siren. Part landscape-photography, part caption of dreams, 'yx' is a poetical visual collage on change, myth, metamorphosis, physical transformation and chromosomic incidents. (Filmed in Kosovo and Albania , France and Belgium during 2005)
